The purpose of the initial consultation is to determine if what I offer is a realistic solution to your pain or problem.  You will experience a number of initial changes in how you feel, move, and perform.  You will also gain an understanding of what I offer, what limitations you can improve upon, and how long it will take to fully resolve your problem.  If you are not injured or experiencing any pain you will learn how what I offer affects performance and have an understanding of how your current fitness level relates to potential injury risk factors.

At the end of the session you will be taken through a couple of rehabilitative exercises that you can perform at home.  You will be given handouts and video links for the exercises.  I will also briefly cover the nutritional strategy that I use with runners to reduce inflammation, optimize joint health, and immune system function.

Everything listed is part of the free assessment with no hidden fees.  You will be presented with package options for sessions that are related to the recommended number of sessions that we discussed for your treatment plan.  Even if you don’t immediately purchase additional sessions – I will still contact you a week later to answer any questions that you may have regarding your three-week exercise plan.

For difficult cases, I offer a Results FIRST, pay LATER policy where you first complete the recommended number of sessions (before paying) or if treatment has failed to produce the agreed upon changes – I will not bill you for any services AND personally find someone in my referral network that I believe does have a more appropriate solution to your problem.
