Due to the cash-based nature of my business – many people are understandably apprehensive about the investment involved in purchasing sessions. I accept cash, credit cards, checks, and I am willing to offer payment plans. I also offer package discounts.
Regardless of the price or even when you are promised dramatic results in just one to three sessions – I understand that not relying on insurance coverage is a new concept to most people.
However, unlike insurance-based practices that are limited in their allowable time spent with patients and their required documentation of what areas are worked on – what I offer is not dictated by insurance coverage and paperwork.
I am interesting not just in symptomatic treatment of your pain or problem – but in helping you achieve your full physical potential – which includes pain elimination, injury prevention, and performance enhancement.
There is often a reason that prior treatment has failed and a reason as to why you keep experiencing recurring injuries or obstacles in your training.
You need to be as committed as I am to resolving your pain or problem and achieving the outcome that you desire – IF, you are given a compelling explanation as to why your problem occurred and given a framework as to how it will be permanently resolved after an outlined timeframe of treatment.
It is reasonable of you to expect an outlined plan of action and a treatment timeline in relation to your expectations.
I will not recommend three sessions and then blame YOU when you are still experiencing problems after the third session – and then tell you that you need to purchase more sessions.
This is why I currently offer a free initial consultation that includes both assessment, treatment, and a three-week sample exercise program.
The free running assessment will determine if your problem is in my scope of practice, provide an explanation as to why your pain/problem occurred, and demonstrate noticeable changes in flexibility, movement, and pain levels within the first hour.
The Free Running Assessment Includes
- An explanation of your pain/problem
- Noticeable changes within the first session
- A plan of action for your problem
- A realistic treatment timeline
- Self-assessments that allow you to gauge progress
- An introduction to the manual therapy that I offer
- A self-empowering at-home exercise program
- An explanation of the metrics that I rely on
- Ongoing support – regardless of additional sessions
- A referral source – if your problem is outside of my scope of practice
While that may be enough incentive for most people to get started – I understand that runners that have already been to 3-4 healthcare providers are often ready to give up on the idea that their problem has a solution.
This is why, in my opinion – a Money Back Guarantee is NOT ENOUGH.
If your problem is chronic, ongoing, and unresolved – I offer a Results FIRST, Pay LATER policy.
What good does it do me, or you – for you to pay me for treatment – only for us to never speak again? I would be no better than a well-intentioned – yet overbooked chiropractor that just loses another patient.
Results First – Pay Later Policy
I have worked with many difficult cases where the fear of losing more time, money, and energy is the number one obstacle in the way of effective treatment.
While you will no doubt experience noticeable benefits from the initial consultation (Free Running Assessment) – I understand that there is a difference between someone benefitting from my services and actually obtaining the desired results that they are expecting.
That being said, this is why I offer a Results FIRST, Pay LATER policy for runners that are hesitant about making an investment in something that they are uncertain of.
Why would I offer this?
Nine out of ten people that I work with during the initial session not only experience dramatic changes – but leave confident that what I offer is a viable solution to their problem. Five percent may actually have a condition that is outside of my scope of practice. I will personally find someone in my referral network that I believe can help that person.
People in the other five percent may simply be apprehensive, despite noticing some initial benefits, and I am willing to accommodate you if you are one of those individuals.
Please review my conditions treated page to see if your problem is a condition that I regularly treat. If your problem is not listed, please use the contact form to reach out to me.
If you have a broken bone, torn ligaments, or an acute problem that requires medical attention – you will want to find a physician or physical therapist in your area. However, many acute problems like low back pain are commonly treatable by decreasing muscle tension, down regulating the nervous system, and improving movement quality.
